We are continuously expanding our service area. Depending on the order amount, exact location and how much notice we are given, we may be able to serve you if you are out of our normal delivery area. Any deliveries outside of the service area will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We will do our best to add your location to our Extended Delivery Zone if we are able.

You can add many additional items, by clicking on the Plus Sign button to the upper right of the checkout menu. Drinks, Snacks, Groceries and Toiletries are all available as Add-On items.
The professional and courteous delivery drivers utilize insulated delivery bags to ensure that your food is delivered hot and fresh each and every time they knock on your door. Your drivers pride themselves on the service that they provide. Drivers use their own vehicles, gas and cell phones. Like a waiter or waitress, they live on the tips they receive from customers. Unlike a waiter or waitress, they are only working on one customer’s order one at a time, so they can usually only complete 1-2 deliveries an hour.
As such, please reward the Drivers for their efforts and hard work.
For customer convenience, all orders are suggested at 20% gratuity for your driver. Yes! You are able to increase that. Most people tip between 20-25% on orders. If you feel that the service from the driver was unsatisfactory, please contact us at Dispatch@gidty.com so that we can do our best to address the issue and ensure excellent service on future orders.
95% of all deliveries are made in under an hour. Delivery times vary based on traffic, the restaurant's ability to prepare food and weather conditions. We recommend that large orders be placed at least two hours in advance, but if you require a large catering delivery, 24 hours notice is recommended.
Our delivery fee starts at only $2.99. Fees increase depending on your location from the restaurant you chose. Minimum order amounts may be required depending on your location.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and gidty.com Gift Certificates. We do NOT accept cash, personal checks or restaurant gift certificates or restaurant gift cards as a form of payment.
